Welcome to QLH Kids. We are a Florida licensed Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care Center (P.P.E.C) serving medically complex and special needs kids from birth to age 21. We are owned and operated by The Extraordinary Kids Foundation, Inc, a 501 c3 non-profit organization whose mission is providing quality care for special needs and medically complex children in a safe and nurturing environment.

We pride ourselves on meeting the individual needs of each child and providing support for parents. Our spacious, well equipped center is over 5500 sq feet. We have three separate rooms for various age groups and needs.

ADMISSIONS
QLH Kids provides up to 12 hours of care, 5 days a week. We offer a safe and nurturing environment where each child can receive care and social interaction to aide in their development.
To qualify for admission to our PPEC, a child must:
• Be medically complex
• Require skilled nursing care
• Be medically stable
Each child must have a prescription for services from a Medical Doctor.
Call us or stop by for a tour today so we can see how we may assist your child. A full evaluation will be conducted so we can ensure that we can meet each child’s needs.
We accept all Medicaid plans including CMS. We also accept some commercial insurances. In most cases there is no out of pocket cost to parents.
