Dr. Mylai-Garofalo
Pediatric Dream Care
Mylai Garofalo, M.D., F.A.A.P. is a board-certified in Pediatrics, a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Clinical Assistant Professor for the Department of Pediatrics at Nova Southeastern University; she worked full-time with Florida Community Health Center from 2013 until she opened her medical practice in August of 2023. She serves as the Medical Director for QLH Kids PPEC.
Opal is a Registered Nurse with over 30 years of experience in healthcare. She has been the Administrator with QLH Kids since our doors opened in 2017. She is a devoted wife, mom and grandmother. Opal has a heart for special needs children as her grandson Kahlil has a diagnosis of Cerebral Palsy and epilepsy. She puts her heart and soul into ensuring that each child is safe, loved and receives the highest quality of care. She is loved by the children and parents alike.

Stacey has over 15 years of nursing experience. She is a wife and mom of 2. Stacey takes great pride in being a nurse. She is caring & compassionate. She goes above and beyond to ensure that each child receives great care.
